Reservation Information
When sending documents by e-mail, fax or otherwise, please use the Greek language, the English language should only be used as a second option.

Credit Cards and Currency
All prices are in Euro currency (€), per studio and per overnight stay.
For the moment the refunding of your total stay will become only with cash.

VAT, municipal/ tourist taxes and fees
They are all included in the price.

Children and extra bed policy:
All children less than 2 years old can sleep in a baby cot free of charge.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in some studios is 1.

Please, before you fill the Petra Studios Apartments booking form, check with us for baby cot availability.

Advance Payment Policy
To have your reservation at Petra Studios Naxos completed and confirmed, you must deposit 30%, of the total accommodation cost to our hotel’s bank account.

We will send you our hotel’s bank account number as soon as we receive your reservation request.

When depositing money, please ask the teller to write your full name, this enables us to identify your payment.

Inform Apartments-Studios Petra staff as soon as you deposit the advance payment, preferably in writing, in order for us to verify the deposit and confirm your reservation.

A strong evidence of the deposit is to send us (by fax or email) a copy of your bank deposit receipt showing the name of the depositor.

Studio/Apartment Reservation Cancellation Policy - Accepted if made in writing.

If you cancel your reservation

• 14 or more days prior to the check-in date, the full amount of the advance payment will be returned to the client-guest (any possible expenses shall be borne by the client-guest).
• 8 to 13 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the advance payment will be returned to the client-guest (any possible expenses shall be borne by the client-guest).
• 7 or less days before the check-in date, as well as in case the client-guest does not show up, the whole amount of the advance paymentwill be withheld.

In case that the client-guest checks out on an earlier date, the client-guest is not entitled to monetary amount return and he is obligated to pay the remaining amount of the total accommodation cost.
